How do I book a holiday villa at BONVIDA?reservering vakantie boeken

At the villa you select the desired date, the total rent appears directly below the calendar. Via the button "book" you proceed to the reservation section. Here you can first choose to book additional services. A step further you will arrive at the form where you can enter your personal details. You then click on "request to book" and the booking is complete.

You can easily search for availability on our website. In the search form on the homepage you first select an arrival and departure date of your choice, and the website shows you all available holiday villas during this period.

On the page of the concerning villa you will see the free days on the calendar shaded in green. (under the heading availability) The website and availability is always up-to-date.

There are no hidden or additional costs. The rental price shown on the website is always an all-in price. Items such as cleaning, linen and reservation costs are included.

Yes, costs for gas, water and electricity are included. (excluding heating costs in winter)

Do I have to rent at least 1 week? Can I also rent 10 days?huurperiode

Our villas are rented out per week during high season. Each villa has a fixed arrival and departure day. (Saturday or Sunday). In the calendar of the villa you can see which day this is. In the early and late season, different rental periods are sometimes possible. Please contact us for this.

Yes, that's possible! At your request we can put the villa in option for 2 days. You can then quietly discuss, with the certainty that the villa is not rented to someone else. An option is 100% free of obligation. Contact us and request an option.

By requesting an option you will also receive an offer from us. In the mail with the quotation you will find a reservation link with which you can make the booking final. Note: both the option and the offer are valid for 2 days.

Immediately after you have booked you will receive an e-mail from us with the confirmation of receipt of the booking. The reservation has been successfully processed.

You pay the installments by bank transfer. Our bank details are in the confirmation that you receive by e-mail. Payment on arrival can be made in cash or per pin.

You pay in 3 installments. The first installment must be paid within 7 days after reservation. The second installment must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. When you arrive in Spain you pay the last part. The payment dates are specified on your confirmation.

The first installment is 40% of the rent. The second installment is 40% of the rent. The third and last installment is 20% of the rent. You pay the first two installments in advance, per bank. You pay the last installment and the deposit upon arrival. Exact amounts and payment dates are included in the confirmation that you receive by e-mail.

You will receive a one-time payment reminder. After the expiration of this last period (3 days) the booking is automatically canceled. Avoid this and pay on time, this makes your reservation final.

You will be personally received by BONVIDA. The location for receipt & key delivery (office bonvida, or directly at the holiday villa) is stated in the confirmation email.

The villa is available from 4PM. Check-in is possible until 8PM. Check-out is always before 10AM. Contact us for different arrival times.

If you are delayed during the trip and will arrive much later than expected, please contact us z.s.m. If you know in advance that you have a late flight, let us know in time. We then make another appointment for the reception & key delivery.

You will receive the full address of the villa upon booking. At each villa there is a google maps map on which you can view the location in advance.

A deposit serves as security that you are responsible and careful with the rented villa. The deposit you always pay on arrival, the amount of the deposit is stated in each villa.

Yes, a washing machine is available in all our villas. You can wash the linen yourself, we kindly ask you to keep the washing instructions.

We consider hygiene the most important thing! Upon arrival you will find a clean villa, after departure we will clean the villa again for the next guest. Are you staying longer than 1 week? We clean every week, at no extra cost!

Of course! Overnight of visitors is only allowed on request, and it may be that additional costs are charged.

Is the Costa Brava easy to reach by car?reisinformatie

Yes, the distance from the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK & Germany is about 1350 km, the Costa Brava is easy to reach by car.

Girona is the official airport of the Costa Brava. But also the airport of Barcelona or Perpignan is nearby.

The flight to the Costa Brava takes a maximum of 2 hours.

Yes, we strongly recommend to rent a car. The villas are centrally located but not everything is within walking distance. A car is then necessary.

No, BONVIDA does not do car rental. You must rent the car directly from the airline, which is then ready at the airport.

Is public transport in Spain well organized?vervoer trein bus station

Yes, there are good bus connections and there is a train station a short distance away. The distance to, for example, the train and bus station is stated for each villa.

Cancellations & Insurance

How can I cancel my booking?annulering

Are you forced to cancel your booking due to circumstances? Please contact us directly by telephone or by e-mail.

What do I have to pay if I decide to cancel?betalen kosten annulering

Costs are associated with a cancellation. Prepaid amounts are never refunded. If you have a cancellation insurance, these costs are covered by the insurance.

Am I required to take out a travel or cancellation insurance?verzekering risico annulering

You are not obliged to do so, but we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as well as valid legal liability and travel insurance. Even if you book shortly in advance. You must take out insurance through your own insurance agent.
