Your second home as an investment?

Holiday rental is then interesting. Your house is not permanently occupied and there is an excellent return. Not the burden, but the lusts.

Renting out yourself is less fun. Time-consuming e-mails, phone calls and a difficult rental administration are a big burden and often results are disappointing. It is impossible to carry out proper checks yourself.
