IN 4 STEPS TO YOUR HOME IN SPAIN

1. Search

Own use or rental? Directly by the sea or rural in a village? Detached house with private pool or a Spanish farmhouse? Together we discuss your wishes.

We will search specifically for your second home in Spain. Together we explore the environment and discuss the results. Has your dream home been found? Then we continue with this.

2. Price & Negotiation

Are there permits, registrations and property deeds? Is the asking price correct? Who are we dealing with? We serve your interests, we check everything for you.

In consultation we make a first offer and start the price negotiation with the sellers. Together we come to the best price!

3. Financing

Need mortgage? No problem! We have good entries at the bank. We make an appointment for a first acquaintance and discuss the purchase plan together.

We put a file together with your data and once everything is complete we ask for the mortgage for you.

4. Notary & Contracts

We assess contracts and all official documents of the house. The provisional purchase contract can be signed and we will immediately send a date to the notary.

We act as a translator, you know exactly what you draw. Congratulations! You own a house in Spain.
