Every holiday is different. Perhaps you are traveling with a little one, want to save some extra space in your suitcase, or find it pleasant to have some extra comfort during a longer stay. That's why you can add various extras to your reservation at BONVIDA.
From a camping bed and high chair to our XL BONVIDA beach towels, extra linen, or an extra cleaning. You can also request an early check-in or late check-out. This way, you can arrange in advance what is convenient for your stay and not have to think about it during your vacation.
Which extras are available and what the associated rates are, you can see at the holiday villa and during the reservation. The offer may vary per villa.
For our smallest guests
Camping bed
Are you going on holiday with a baby or toddler? Then you don't have to bring your own camping bed. You can easily book a camping bed including bed linen for children up to about 3 years old. Upon arrival, the bed is made and ready for use in the villa.
High chair
We have also thought of the little ones at the table. Simply book a high chair and we will ensure that it is clean and ready for use in the villa upon arrival.
For a wonderful day at the beach or pool
XL BONVIDA beach towels
Feel free to leave those large beach towels at home and save some space in your suitcase. Our generous BONVIDA XL beach towels are ideal for a day at the beach or by the pool. You can choose how many towels you need, and they will be clean and ready for you in the villa upon arrival.
Extra comfort during your stay
Extra linen set
Do you want to have extra clean linen during your stay? Then you can easily book an extra linen set, consisting of clean bed linen and towels. You can book as many sets as you want. We will ensure that they are clean and ready for use in the villa.
Extra cleaning
Are you staying for more than one week and want to not have to do anything in the villa in between? Then you can book an extra cleaning. Our cleaning team will ensure that the villa is fresh and tidy again, while you can continue to enjoy your vacation.
Good to know: clean bed and bath linen is not included with this extra cleaning. Have you also booked an extra linen set? Then we will make the beds again for you with the clean linen during the cleaning.
Start your vacation a little earlier
Early check-in
Are you arriving early in Costa Brava? Then it is, of course, delightful if you can also enjoy your villa a little earlier. During the reservation, you can therefore request an early check-in from 12:00 PM, instead of the regular check-in from 4:00 PM.
Good to know: an early check-in is usually possible. Since we have to coordinate this with the schedule around your arrival day, we can only confirm this shortly before arrival. One week before arrival, we will let you know if you can access the villa from 12:00 PM.
Enjoy a little longer
Late check-out
On the last vacation day, have a leisurely breakfast, take one last swim, or pack your bags without haste? You can request a late check-out until 12:00 PM during the reservation, instead of the regular check-out at 10:00 AM.
This also depends on our schedule and any next guests. Two days before departure, we will let you know if the late check-out is possible.
Take your pet on vacation
At a number of our holiday villas, pets are very welcome. Is that the case with your villa? Then you can easily indicate during the reservation how many pets are coming along.
Each villa clearly indicates whether pets are allowed. This way, you know exactly what to expect in advance.

Is booking with BONVIDA reliable?
Yes. BONVIDA has been renting out vacation villas on the Costa Brava for more than 20 years and is permanently based there. We know our villas and the owners personally and are directly reachable before, during, and after your vacation.
So you are not booking through an anonymous platform, but with an experienced and locally based rental organization with its own office in the center of Empuriabrava.

How do I book a holiday villa with BONVIDA?
Have you found a holiday villa that suits you? Then you can easily and securely reserve it online via our website. The availability in our calendar is always up-to-date, so you can immediately see if your favorite villa is still available for the desired period.
After placing your reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. This way, you know that your reservation has been successfully received by us.
We will then personally check your reservation. After that, you will receive the final booking confirmation from us, including all the details of your stay, payment information, and further practical information.

How much do I need to pay in advance?
After your reservation, you will first receive your booking confirmation from us. Then you pay the rental amount in three parts, so you don't have to pay the entire amount in advance at once.
- Within 7 days of your reservation: approximately 30 to 35% of the rental amount.
- No later than 8 weeks before arrival: again approximately 30 to 35% of the rental amount.
- Upon arrival: the remaining amount.
You pay the first and second deposit by bank transfer. The last part is paid upon arrival and can be done by card or cash.
The exact amounts and payment dates are always clearly stated on your booking confirmation. This way, you know exactly what to expect from the moment of booking.

Who will welcome me in Spain?
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by us. No key box or unknown intermediary, just a personal welcome as soon as you arrive in Spain.
The key handover usually takes place at our holiday office in Empuriabrava. There we welcome you, provide you with the keys, and give you all the information you need for a great start to your holiday.
During your stay, we remain your direct point of contact. Do you have a question, is there an issue with the villa, or do you need help with something? You can contact us directly.
We live and work permanently all year round on the Costa Brava, close to your holiday villa. This way, we are always nearby when you need us.
