La Roca Village: Outlet!
Shopping under the Spanish sun
A day of something different than the beach, pool, and picturesque villages? La Roca Village is, in our opinion, the place for a day of shopping during your holiday on the Costa Brava.
It is not an indoor outlet center, but a beautifully designed open-air shopping area that almost feels like a small village. Wide streets, beautiful facades, terraces, and above all: lots of shops.
You will find a huge selection of boutiques from well-known Spanish and international brands, from luxury fashion and sportswear to shoes, bags, accessories, cosmetics, and interior. And of course, an outlet is also about the prices: many collections are offered here with attractive discounts.
From Gucci to Adidas
The fun part about La Roca is the huge mix of brands. Luxury lovers can visit names like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Balenciaga, LOEWE, Jimmy Choo, and Saint Laurent.
But you will also find well-known brands like BOSS, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, Adidas, New Balance, ASICS, The North Face, and Under Armour.
Also, typical Spanish brands such as BIMBA Y LOLA, Castañer, Camper, Adolfo Domínguez, and Lola Casademunt are represented.
From a new bag or sneakers to sportswear, a beautiful dress, or something for the home: chances are you'll walk out with more than you planned.

Eat. Drink. Shop. Repeat.
After a few hours of trying on, looking, and shopping, it's time for a break.
Spread throughout La Roca Village, you will find various restaurants, cafes, and terraces. You can go there for a quick coffee or an ice cream, but also for an extensive lunch.
We prefer to take it easy: shopping, coffee, another round of shops, a nice lunch, and then back to that store where you saw something nice earlier.
Is it fun even if you don't like shopping?
To be honest: if you really hate shopping, we're not going to tell you that you'll suddenly walk around happily for hours here.
But La Roca is spacious and beautifully designed, and there are plenty of terraces to relax on while the rest continue shopping. Moreover, the range varies from exclusive fashion to sports brands, children's clothing, shoes, and interior, so there is usually something interesting for everyone to find.
When is the best time to go?
La Roca Village is open seven days a week, except for a few holidays.
In July and August, it can get quite busy. Therefore, we would recommend going early. You can then look around calmly, and especially at the popular luxury brands, that is much more pleasant.
Opening hours may change throughout the year and on holidays, so always check them on the official website before departure.

Extra sale? Then it becomes really interesting
In addition to the normal outlet prices, there are regularly extra promotions and temporary sales.
Especially during the sale periods, you can find great bargains. Some boutiques temporarily offer even higher discounts on selected items.
So, check what promotions are running before you go. And always compare the original price for a big purchase. An outlet price does not automatically mean everything is a bargain.

Our tip
Go early, especially in July and August. Start as soon as the shops open and save lunch for when it gets busier and warmer.
And another tip: don't just look at the discount percentage. Some items are real bargains, others are priced slightly less spectacularly. Know roughly what something normally costs for a more expensive purchase and buy something because you really like it.
We would just make a relaxed shopping day out of La Roca. No rush, coffee or a long lunch in between, and at the end with just a few more bags back to the villa than originally intended.
